Динамика заболеваемости и факторы риска развития ВИЧ-ассоциированного туберкулеза в Омской области

The article presents materials of studying dynamics and tendencies of development of epidemic process of HIV-associated tuberculosis. It is established that in the Omsk region increasing of number of patients with HIV-infection associated with tuberculosis during 2004-2013 occurred against the background of moderate tendency to decreasing of level of morbidity of tuberculosis in population and simultaneous drastic deterioration of epidemiological situation concerning HIV-infection. The epidemic process of tuberculosis associated with HIV-infection had an expressed tendency to increasing of level of morbidity with average annual gain rate 14.7%. The prevalence of tuberculosis infection in HIV-infected patients reached 5743.4 per 100 000 that in 28-fold exceeded prevalence of tuberculosis in population of the Omsk region. The medical social and epidemiological characteristics ofpatients forming epidemic process of HIV-associated tuberculosis. As a rule, mainly it is males (73.7%), people ofyoung age (25-34), urban residents (67.1%), non-working people (80.1%), people using injection drugs (62.5%), people remained in the past in institutions ofpenitentiary system (38.8%), people securing mycobacteria of tuberculosis (44.7%), people with viral hepatitis C (47.3%). The conclusion is made concerning necessity of optimization of approaches to organization of additional activities on prevention of tuberculosis in patients with HIV-infection
