A method for exposing a printed circuit board is provided to save a material cost by forming first and second patterns corresponding to an upper and lower patterns of the printed circuit board, on one pattern sheet and exposing a panel. A method for exposing a printed circuit board includes the steps of: preparing a panel comprising a plurality of units, arranged with a predetermined gap; arranging a pattern sheet(100) including a first pattern(112) on a left side and a second pattern(114) on a right side on the basis of a central line(116), on one side of the panel and exposing the panel; and rotating the panel on the basis of the central line(116), arranging the pattern sheet(100) on the other side, and exposing the panel.
