Testing apparatus for testing jetting resistance of bag type dust removal filter material and testing method

The invention discloses a testing apparatus for testing jetting resistance of a bag type dust removal filter material and a testing method. The testing apparatus comprises a box and an operation cabinet at one side of the box, wherein a pulse-jet device controlled by the operation cabinet is arranged on the operation cabinet, the box is an opening box frame, and a test platform is fixedly disposed in the box; the test platform comprises a patterned board on which patterned board holes are distributed, and a sample shelf for fixing samples, wherein the sample shelf has round holes corresponding to the patterned board holes in size; and a jetting port of the pulse-jet device is opportunely aligned with the patterned board holes. The pulse air flow is jetted on an air purification face of the bag type dust removal filter material through the jetting port, by repeated impact of the pulse air flow, the bag type dust removal filter material has mechanical strain, and times of jetting, by which the bag type dust removal filter material is broken, is investigated. The testing apparatus for the bag type dust removal filter material can quickly test the jetting resistance of the bag type dust removal filter material, which is an important index for measuring the quality of the bag type dust removal filter material, and is convenient for performing improvement or service life estimation on the bag type dust removal filter material according to the test result.
