The invention relates to Siloxansuspensionen consisting of DOLLAR A (A) 100 parts by weight of a pulverulent organopolysiloxane resin composed of units of general formula (I), DOLLAR A (B) 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of a condensation catalyst, DOLLAR A (C) 0 to 4 parts by weight of inorganic anti-settling agent, DOLLAR a (D) from 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of a wetting aid, DOLLAR a (e) 100 to 10,000 parts by weight of water and DOLLAR a (F) 0 to 10 parts by weight of additives DOLLAR a and the use thereof as a binder for the production of moldings based on mineral fibers and thus prepared fiber structure.
