ABNORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE DURING HEMODIALYSIS

ObjectiveTo observe the incidence of hypotension and hypertension during hemodialysis in different-age patients.MethodsAn analysis was made for 3 120 times of hemodialysis in 42 patients who underwent regular hemodialysis.(ResultsThe incidence) of hypertension during dialysis was lower in the old-age group,while that of hypotension was higher than that in the younger-age group(χ~2 =6.33,45.54;P0.05,0.01).ConclusionThe aged patients are prone to have hypotension,while the younger to have hypertension during hemodialysis.
