The invention discloses a power-assisting mechanism for gear shifting of a transmission. The power-assisting mechanism comprises a gear shifting flexible shaft, wherein the gear shifting flexible shaft is connected with an operating rod used for controlling a three-position four-way valve, a gas inlet of the three-position four-way valve is connected with a gas source, a first gas outlet of the three-position four-way valve is connected with a rod cavity of a power-assisting cylinder, a second gas outlet of the three-position four-way valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the power-assisting cylinder, and a piston rod of the power-assisting cylinder is rotationally connected with a gear shifting arm. With the adoption of the power-assisting mechanism for gear shifting of the transmission, gear shifting can be realized easily and conveniently, so that the labor intensity of a driver is reduced, and operation comfort of the driver is improved.
