The Function of Functional Protein Microarrays

The two functions of arrays of immobilized proteins:molecular recognition and enzymatic activity are reviewed.The former included protein-DNA binding interactions,protein-protein binding interactions,protein-small-molecule binding interactions;the latter included array proteins as substrates to determine the activity of enzyme,the activity of array proteins as enzymes.
