The article describes the knowledge management taking into account the internal communication of COOFISAM and how it leverages the actions for the continuous improvement of the processes, since through the dynamics of the intangible capital (human resources, technology, organization, contents), existing in the Cooperative, innovations are structured in their products and processes and thus to meet the expectations of partners and legal requirements. It begins with a situational description of the knowledge management in the processes, which allows to have a global perspective of how the cooperative is in terms of knowledge management, then we talk about the importance of organizational communication and lastly a model is presented in which the knowledge management is related to the internal communication in the organization resulting in a source of continuous improvement and innovation.
