A practical synthesis of (−)-kazusamycin A (revised)

Abstract We describe herein a stereo-controlled and practical synthesis of three key building blocks, namely Segment AB ′, Segment D , and Segment E ′ needed for the total synthesis of (−)-kazusamycin A.
