Self-unloading apparatus of carrier dumper

2013
The present invention provides an automatic unloading device of a carrier dumper capable of easily and safely unloading solid wood transferred from a logging site to the foot of a mountain by automatically releasing a separation preventing member coupled to the rear end of a loading box while lifting up one side of the loading box of a carrier dumper According to the present invention, the automatic unloading device of a carrier dumper comprises a mounting unit fixed on the rear end of the loading box; a first link having an L-shaped bent portion connected to the lateral surface of the loading box by a first rotary shaft, and installed to be rotated on the first rotary shaft; a second link having the center part connected to the lateral surface of the loading box by a second rotary shaft, installed to be rotated on the second rotary shaft, and coupled to the upper part of the first link by a first rod; a fourth link having the upper part hinge-coupled to the mounting unit to be rotated; a third link having an upwardly opened U-shape, one side of the upper part hinge-coupled to the lower part of the fourth link and the lower part hinge-coupled to the lower part of the second link by a second rod; the separation preventing member having the lower part hinge-coupled to the mounting unit by a rotary pin to be rotated; and a support rod having one end coupled to the mounting unit to be rotated and the other end inserted in the opened portion of the opened portion of the third link to prevent the rotation of the separation preventing member. The present invention can unload the wood by automatically opening the loading box while the separation preventing member is rotated at a time when the loading box is lifted up and inclined backward.
