A single-chip multi-processing module logic device determines an interrupt level of a single-chip multi-processing module thread; the processing sequence of the single-chip multi-processing module thread is determined according to the interrupt level and the single-chip multi-processing module thread is processed according to the processing sequence, and the processed thread is transmitted to a single-chip multi-processing module physical device. The single-chip multi-processing module physical device receives the processed thread from the single-chip multi-processing module logic device, determines the interrupt level of the processed thread, judges the processing sequence of the processed thread according to the interrupt level, processes the processed thread according to the processing sequence and transmits the operation result of the thread to the single-chip multi-processing module logic device.
