Interactions of surfactants and organic spectrophotometric reagents

In this paper we studied the interactions of some organic dyes used as spectrophotometric reagents (triphenylmethane and xanthene dyes, azo dyes and thiazine dyes) with surfactants, and their effects on the UV-VIS absorption spectra, acid-base equilibria and stability of reaction products.
