Clinical observation about wash and drainage of deep abscess by berberine

Objective:To observate clinical effect of wash and drainage of deep abscess by berberine.Method:30 cases were divided randomly into two groups. In experiment group,16 cases received berberine wash and drainage of absces;In control group,14 cases received gel pieces and gel tube as drainage method.Result:In experiment group wound healed better with less scar tissue.Conclusion:Wash and drainage of abscess with berberine can help wounds to heal well,reduce pseudo healing.
