Study on Multistage Stock Strategies of Short Lifecycle Products (SLPs)

on the basis of hypothesis of limited time and multistage order, the order strategy was brought forward for the changing charge, and the multistage stock model with deteriorating lose were constituted for the Single Short Life Products (SSLPs) and Multiple Short Life Products (MSLPs) under different order strategies. In addition, that the combined order mode was better than the other order modes for the MSLPs had been testified by the numerical example.
