Multifunctional light-weight foam ceramic plate and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a preparation method of a multifunctional light-weight foam ceramic plate. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing architectural ceramic polished tile waste residues, quartz, kaolin, a composite foaming agent and a composite additive to obtain a mixed material; then performing wet-process ball milling on the mixed material to obtain slurry, wherein the composite foaming agent is a mixture obtained by ball-milling TiC and B4C, and the composite additive comprises sodium silicate, esterified modification starch, sodium tripolyphosphate and magnesium oxide; pelletizing the slurry at 450DEG C-480 DEG C in a spray drying tower, aging and decaying the pelletized powder in a silo at normal temperature, and dry-pressing the aged and decayed powder into blanks; sintering the dried blanks in a roller kiln at the sintering temperature of 1120-1200DEG C for a sintering period of 55-100 minutes, to finally obtain the multifunctional light-weight foam ceramic plate. The method is simple in technology and low in production cost, the prepared foam ceramic plate is light-weight, low in heat conduction coefficient, high in breaking strength, even to foam, stable in performances, and also has sound-proof and noise-reduction, heat-insulating and anti-fouling advantages.
