A rare case of Twin to Twin transfusion syndrome

Twin - to - twin transfusion syndrome is a rar e condition that occurs only in identical twins whi le they are in the womb. The placental abnormalities determine when an d to what degree a transfusion occurs between the tIt occurs when the blood supply of one twin moves to t he other by the shared placenta. The twin that lose s the blood is called donor twin. The twin that receives the blood is called the recipient twin. It is diagnosed pren atally by ultrasound imaging. We present a rare case of sev ere Twin -to - twin transfusion Syndrome with demis e of both twins in a multiparous woman.
