The method comprises the following steps that: firstly, a cone is prepared from double-layer transparent materials, and a matched round basin is placed below the cone; overflow openings with different heights are arranged on one side of the cone, the top of the cone is also provided with two openings, the openings can be plugged by using pistons, in rainless days, the external opening is plugged by using a piston, and in rainy days, the external opening keeps open, and the internal opening is closed, thereby facilitating the collection of rainwater; and the cone is provided with a channel leading to the root of a plant at a depth of 20-30 cm, a certain amount of peat is filled in the channel, and the tail end of the channel is filled with wheat straw. According to the invention, a mine-water ecological irrigation method which is low in treatment cost, can be recycled and can carry out nutritive salt adjustment according to the types of plants is developed by using northern natural conditions and adopting a technique of increasing required nutritive salts of plants through sunlight natural evaporation, condensation, drip irrigation and water quality adjustment, and the method has certain innovative and practical values.
