Development of Programmable Multi-channel Precision Current Source

This paper introduces the development of programmable multi-channel precise current source. Through unique circuit design and optimization, a 16-channel programmable multi-channel precise current source is realized, which can be supplied by battery or 220V AC. Each channel can achieve DC current output from - 27 mA to 27 mA with a resolution of $2\ \mu\mathrm{A}$ . The accuracy of current output is better than $\mathrm{I}_{\text{set}}\pm (0.01\%\times \mathrm{I}_{\text{set}}+1\ \mu\mathrm{A})$ , and the noise is lower than $1\ \mu\mathrm{A}$ RMS. This device will be used for the programmable quantum voltage applications.
