The invention discloses a suspension control method of a space small magnet, relating to the technical field of a control method of a space magnetic field. The method comprises the following steps of 1) building a suspension control system of the small magnet, wherein the suspension control system comprises a plurality of groups of position control coils, a plurality of groups of gesture control coils and the small magnet; and 2) changing the position of the small magnet in the suspension control system by changing the size and the direction of energization current in the positional control coils, and changing the gesture of the small magnet by changing the size and the direction of energization current in the gesture control coils. According to the method, the gesture and the position of the space suspension small magnet are accurately controlled by controlling the size of the coil current.
