Tipinis e. seniūnijos modelis ir jo realizacijos ypatumai

Straipsnyje pateikiamas tipinis e. seniūnijos modelis, leidžiantis detalizuoti seniūnijoms priskirtas funkcijas. Aptariamos vietinės valdžios institucijų – seniūnijų veiklos perkėlimo į elektronine erdve ir piliecių galimybės komunikuoti su vietos valdžia elektroninėmis priemonėmis. Nagrinėjamos elekt roninių programinių priemonių naudojimo seniūnijose problemos ir galimybės. System eNeighbourhood Model Alfredas Otas, Jolanta Stasiukonienė Summary The article describes a standard eNeighbourhood model, which enables to set out the functions delegated to the neighbourhoods. It deals with the possibilities of transferring the activities of the local authorities – neighbourhoods – into electronical space and the use of electronic means in communication between the local authorities and the citizens. Problems and possibilities of using electronic software tools on the neighborhood level are covered. Issues of citizen involvement in the decision making process by using ICT are reviewed.
