Branża budowlana we wskaźnikach finansowych w dobie kryzysu gospodarczego (The construction industry in financial indicators during the economic crisis)

W monografii przedstawiono wyniki badan nad sytuacją majątkowo-finansową polskiej branzy budowlanej w latach 2005-2012, opisanej wskaźnikami finansowymi opartymi na danych o wynikach i stanach przedstawionych w sprawozdaniach finansowych przedsiebiorstw tej branzy, ze wskazaniem, czy wybor metody ujecia kontraktow budowlanych wplywa na te sytuacje. Publikacja obejmuje piec rozdzialow, w ktorych zawarto rozwazania na temat specyfiki ich ksiegowości i sprawozdawczości oraz wyceny przedsiebiorstw branzy budowlanej, aby ostatecznie przedstawic wyniki dokonanej analizy finansowej trzech prob badawczych przedsiebiorstw tej branzy. (The monograph presents the results of research on the property and financial situation of the Polish construction industry in 2005-2012 described by financial indicators, based on data on the results and balances presented in the financial statements of companies in this industry, with an indication whether the choice of the method for recognizing construction contracts affects this situation. The book includes five chapters which reflect on the specifics of their accounting and reporting as well as valuation of construction industry enterprises, so that the results of financial analysis of three research trials of enterprises in this industry are finally presented.)
