Thermoelectric power singularities of FeNiBSi amorphous alloys
1981
Thermoelectric power study of magnetic amorphous alloys Fe x Ni 80-x B y Si 20-y is reported. The sensitivity of TEP to the ferro - paramagnetic transition as well as to the crystallization effects is indicated. It is concluded that the Grest - Nagel model gives more appropriate description of electron transport in magnetic amorphous alloys than the Ziman theory. The TEP behaviour in crystallized alloys is discussed using the Kasuya theory.
