Determination of BSA with o-HPF by resonance light scattering method

The analytical method was based on the enhanced effect of the resonance light scattering (RLS) due to the combination of o-HPF with BSA.In the Britton-Robinson buffer at pH 8.81,the RLS intensity was proportional to the concentration of BSA in the range of 1.1×10-6～2.0×10-6 mol/L.The detection limit was 2.9×10-9 mol/L.The method was simple and rapid,with high accuracy,and has been applied to the determination of protein in the sample with satisfactory results.
