A piperidine derivative, WHICH CAN BE USED AS BROKER TO drugs such as PAROTEXINA useful as antidepressants, represented by the general formula (I): wherein R {SUP, 1} is an atom of hydrogen, a benzyloxycarbonyl or TERT ETHYL a group ALQUILSULFONILOXIMETILO having an alkyl moiety with 1 or 2 carbon atoms, a group FENILSULFONILOXIMETILO which may have a methyl group in position 4 GROUP (3.4 SUB GROUP -CO {2} R {SUP, 7} wherein R {SUP, 7} is an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, YZ is a group methylene or a carbonyl group, with the proviso that, (A) when R {SUP, 1} IS A benzyloxycarbonyl group or a tert XICARBONILO, THEN R {SUP, 2} is a hydroxymethyl group, a ALQUILSULFONILOXIMETILO having a portion alkyl of 1 to 2 carbon atoms, a group FENILSULFONILOXIMETILO which may have a methyl group in position 4 WHEN R SUP {1} IS a hydrogen atom and z is a carbonyl group, then R {SU P, 2} is a carboxyl group or a group -CO SUB {2} R {SUP, 7} (R {SUP, 7} is as defined above); O (C) when R SUP {1} IS a hydrogen atom is a group YZ METHYLENE, THEN R SUP {2} is a group hydroxymethyl. Also disclosed are processes for the production of intermediaries.
