State of the art of on demand mobility services

This document aims to understand the current mobility paradigm, and how the new mobility services offer flexible, inclusive and sustainable solutions to their users. To this end, a brief state-of-the-art of on demand mobility services is provided. Here, we also analyze these services in the light of a set of attributes, relevant to the understanding of what characteristics an on demand service should have.
