Refrigerator control method and system with linear compressor

The invention discloses a refrigerator control method and system with a linear compressor. The control method comprises the steps that the temperature T of the environment where a refrigerator is located is monitored; the environment temperature T and the preset environment temperature threshold value T0 are compared; if T is larger than T0, the refrigerator is made to run under the first work condition by controlling a refrigerating and/or heating assembly in the refrigerator; if T is smaller than or equal to T0, the refrigerator is made to run under the second work condition by controlling the refrigerating and/or heating assembly in the refrigerator; and when the linear compressor runs within a preset time, the refrigerating amount of the linear compressor under the second work condition is controlled to be larger than the refrigerating amount of the linear compressor under the first work condition, and a chamber of the refrigerator reaches the target temperature. The running work conditions of the linear compressor are controlled by the refrigerating and/or heating assembly in the refrigerator so as to increase the stroke of a piston in the linear compressor, and it is avoided that due to the fact that the linear compressor is protected by a frequency conversion plate, the refrigerator cannot work normally.
