Analysis & Process Control for the Weld Deformation of the Ultra-supercritical Boiler Water Wall

The less diameter tubes and thinner fins Sealing Structure are usually used in ultra-supercritical boiler water wall. The serious deformations will be caused easily during assembling. The reasons of this defect are analyzed detailed, and the relevant control measures are proposed in this paper.
