Stretchable friction type energy harvester and production method thereof

The invention provides a stretchable friction type energy harvester and a production method thereof. The stretchable friction type energy harvester includes a substrate layer, and a conductive layer disposed on the substrate layer. The substrate layer is made of a stretchable organic material, and the conductive layer is made of a conductive material. When the substrate layer rubs other materials, the conductive layer captures the induced charge generated by friction and stores the induced charge as energy or signal sensing. The embodiment of the invention produces the substrate layer by using the stretchable organic material, in such a manner to allow the stretchable friction type energy harvester to be used for all regular or irregular object surfaces, thereby greatly extending the scope of application of a friction generator. The stretchable friction type energy harvester components in the embodiment of the invention can be transparent so as to facilitate the integration with other modules. The energy generated by human motion can be harvested to power a wearable device without affecting the human motion.
