Характер экспрессии TLR-2 и TLR-4 в псориатической папуле у пациентов на фоне проводимой терапии комбинацией кальципотриола и бетаметазона дипропионата

2012
In the study concerning morphology and pathogenesis of psoriasis expression of toll-like receptors TLR2, TLR4 in psoriatic and normal skin has been estimated. A statistically significant increase in expression of Toll-like receptors TLR2, TLR4, which can play an important role of the inflammatory process. Using a combination of calcipotriol and betamethasone dipropionate has a pronounced therapeutic effect in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, which is manifested rapid regression of elements of the rash and reduce the time of treatment. Clinical efficacy of the drug is due to synergistic action of its constituent components, which act on different stages of pathogenesis, leading to the early onset of clinical remission. At the end of the therapy we revealed marked reduction of TLR-positive keratinocytes, which significantly reduces the possibility of activating the mechanisms of acquired immunity, which play a leading role in the formation of psoriatic papules.
