The ram air signal is measured, an error signal is generated between the set angular deviation signal, limited in a sertain way, and a limited delay signal and then converted into an analog signal. A common signal is formed on the basis of the analog signal, limited in a certain way to affect the control actuator. The device includes an AC angular position meter and AC angular velocity meter, an AC angular deviation signal detector, a comparison unit, a digital-to-analog converter, a control actuator, a delay element, a ram air meter, two adaptive signal limiters, an adaptive summing amplifier with restriction, an anti-bending filter, interconnected in a certain way.
