FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: to form a stabilisation signal, the position angular deviation of the aircraft (AC) is determined, the angular position signals and the angular velocity signals of the aircraft are measured. The ram air signal is measured, an error signal is generated between the set angular deviation signal, limited in a sertain way, and a limited delay signal and then converted into an analog signal. A common signal is formed on the basis of the analog signal, limited in a certain way to affect the control actuator. The device includes an AC angular position meter and AC angular velocity meter, an AC angular deviation signal detector, a comparison unit, a digital-to-analog converter, a control actuator, a delay element, a ram air meter, two adaptive signal limiters, an adaptive summing amplifier with restriction, an anti-bending filter, interconnected in a certain way.
