Effects and Countermeasures of Information Technologies in Beautiful Countryside Construction

The information construction has already become not only an important means to realize the construction of beautiful countryside, but also a necessary channel to promote the rural development level and life quality. Meanwhile, such problems as the lack of top-level design, high network cost and insufficiency of information services integration, appeared in the process. This paper introduced the current status of rural information and concluded that the level of China's rural information development was still lower and rural residents' information consumption demands were not satisfied yet. Therefore, there was great potential in rural information consumption market. Combined some problems in rural development and the advantages of 4G, cloud computing and MOOC, approaches and effects of information technologies in beautiful countryside construction were expounded.Countermeasures and suggestions were also put forward in accordance with problems in rural information construction.
