After creation of the hyperactive bladder (HAB) simulating model in white rats the monitoring of in–vivo changes of urinary ways was accomplished, using МRТ with МR–urography before and after diuretic loading. The histological investigations data after the HAB simulation have confirmed the results of MRT. In early terms functional changes without significant disorders in the organs structure were observed, but in 30 days and further morphological changes have had occurred, causing formation of ureterohydronephrosis.
