Experiments with 40 white mice in test “Hot Plate” have shown that new tiodiazone derivatives authentically increase time of painful reflex at mice. Analgetic effect of LHT 3–10 (50 mg/kg) and LHT 10–10 (50 mg/kg) which was syntetized in «The all-russia scientific center on safeti of biologically active substances», have been comparable with effects of diclofenac sodium. Recent decades have seen a significant increase in interest in the problem of chronic pain and the consideration of this phenomenon from the perspective of an independent disease process. According to the International Association for the Study of Pain [6], pain is an unpleasant sensation and emotional experience arising from a real or potential threat to tissue damage.
