Concrete conveying pipeline lubricating device and method

The invention discloses a concrete conveying pipeline lubricating device. The concrete conveying pipeline lubricating device comprises an injection pipe, a spray nozzle, a compression system and a lubricating addition agent container; the injection pipe is installed between two adjacent pump pipes; one end of the injection pipe is provided with a plurality of lubricating holes; the spray nozzle is installed on inner end openings of the lubricating holes; the orientation of the spray nozzle is consistent to the concrete conveying direction; outer end openings of the lubricating holes are connected with the compression system; the compression system is connected with the lubricating addition agent container; lubricating addition agent is installed inside the lubricating addition agent container; the compression system is used for sucking the lubrication addition agent from the lubricating addition agent container and pressing the lubricating addition agent to be 1 to 5Mpa larger than the pressure of the concrete. According to the concrete conveying pipeline lubricating device, appropriate lubricating addition agent can be added between internal walls of concrete conveying pump pipes and the concrete during concrete pumping, frictional resistance between the internal walls of the pump pipes and the concrete, the pumping height and efficiency are improved, and accordingly the concrete conveying pipeline lubricating device can be applied to concrete ling-distance conveying and super elevation pumping construction.
