CARACTERIZACIÓN MICROBIOLÓGICA DE LODOS ANAEROBIOS UTILIZADOS EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA FRACCIÓN ORGÁNICA DE LOS RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS URBANOS Sludge Anaerobic Microbiologic Characterization Used in the Organic Fraction of Urban Solid Waste Treatment

2007
The microbiological characterization of two phases anaerobe reactor of Urban Solid Waste Organic Fraction (USWOF) treatment by oxygen sensibility counts and metabolics groups by Most Probable Number (MPN) was made. The fermentatives population (10 5 - 10 6 MPN ml -1 ), followed for acetogenic (10 5 MPN ml -1 ) and sulphate reducing (10 4 - 10 5 MPN ml -1 ) in the acidogenic reactor were found. In the methanogenic reactor, competition between sulphate reducing (10 4 - 10 5 MPN ml -1 ) and methanogenic (10 5 MPN ml -1 ) populations was not detected. The Methanotrix sp, Methanosarcina sp,
