대학교양체육수업에서 지각된 교수행동이 학생들의 심리적 욕구와 내적동기에 미치는 영향

2016
The purpose of this study is to study how teacher’s behavior perceived by university students participating in liberal physical education class influences their intrinsic motivation. The subjects were 234 students (188 males, 56 females) participating in physical education classes such as tennis, bowling, badminton and golf for one semester in 2016. They completed three questionnaires which were designed to measure perceptions of teaching behavior, psychological needs and intrinsic motivation. Collected data were analyzed by using path analysis to verify a causal relationship among three research variables as research hypothesis. The results indicated that students’ perceived teaching behavior influenced their intrinsic motivation through the satisfaction of their psychological needs. Specifically, the results emphasized that relationship supportive behavior from teacher had significant impact on students’ intrinsic motivation. Practical teaching approaches based on the results are required to discuss.
