Background Systemic mastocytosis (SM) is a heterogenous, clonal mast cell (MC) proliferation, rarely associated with clonal hematologic non-mast cell lineage disease (SM-AHNMD). KITD816V is regarded as driver-mutation in SM-AHNMD.
