Method and apparatus for retreiving video content

Retrieving video content involves receiving search criteria for video content associated with searchable identifiers, identifying video content associated with identifiers that match the search criteria, retrieving information associated with the identified video content, integrating items associated with the identified video content with the retrieved information and displaying the integrated information and items. A selection of information associated with one of the identified video content is received and then an instruction to perform an operation comprising at least one of streaming, erasing, downloading, and sending the video content associated with the selected information is received and the operation is performed.
