Development of a performance testing system for the heat-pump compressor

The heating and cooling efficiency of heat-pump can be affected directly by the performance of compressor.Aiming at the importance to obtain operation parameters for the test and evaluation of the compressor,the performance testing system for the heat-pump compressor was developed.According to the requirements of the method of the second refrigerant,the framework of the system was proposed.Then the whole system was introduced in detail.After the software and hardware were debugged,several sets of test were carried out to checkout the whole system.The test results show that,the system is reliable and can be easily operated,the accurate of system can meet the requirement of testing standards.
