Breast Cancer Differentiation and Progression: Analysis with Monoclonal Antibodies Flow Cytometry

The first part of the workshop was devoted to antigens of breast cancer cells as defined by monoclonal antibodies. The mucin antigens of the apical membrane were discussed first, basolateral cell surface antigens and intracellular antigens were the next topics. Some studies on the prognostic value of antigen expression were presented at the end of this discussion.
