Model building approach of manufacturing resource based on meta-resource

According to current study of manufacturing resource model building,model building requirements were summarized.Aiming at the problem of manufacturing resource function similarity under nonlinear process planning environments,meta-resource methodology was introduced.Combined with example,the model building method and forming algorithms were discussed in detail.Key characteristics of the meta-resource methodology were concluded,including independence,adaptability and agility.Changes of meta-resource were analyzed when manufacturing resources were added,reduced and altered.Analysis results showed that meta-resource methodology could accurately express diversity of manufacturing resources,differentiated units with similar functions of different manufacturing resources and improve the agility of manufacturing system.
