Side dumper and control system thereof

A side dumper and a control system thereof. The side dumper control system comprises hydraulic cylinders (1), air-driven hydraulic pumps (2) and air-controlled reversal valves (3). The hydraulic cylinder (1) comprises a cylinder body, the cylinder body is provided with a piston therein, and the piston divides the cylinder body into a first cavity and a second cavity. The number of the hydraulic cylinders (1) is four, every two of which form one group, and the two groups of the hydraulic cylinders (1) are respectively disposed on two sides of the side dumper. The air-driven hydraulic pump (2) is provided with an air inlet, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the air inlet is communicated with a pressure air source, and the liquid inlet is communicated with a pressure liquid source (9). The air-controlled reversal valves (3) are connected between the air-driven hydraulic pumps (2) and the hydraulic cylinders (1). The number of the air-controlled reversal valves (3) is two, and the two hydraulic cylinders on each side of the side dumper are communicated with one air-controlled reversal valve (3). The side dumper comprises a carriage (10), and further comprises the side dumper control system. In the side dumper and the control system thereof, the hydraulic cylinders (1), the air-driven hydraulic pumps (2) and the air-controlled reversal valves (3) are disposed to improve the safety and stability of the side dumper.
