Профилактика острого послеоперационного панкреатита после операций у больных язвенной болезнью желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки

The analysis of 1255 operations on stomach and duodenum concerning stomach ulcer is carried out. In the early postoperative period acute pancreatitis was revealed in 102 (8,12 %) patients, and destructive forms in 15(1,2 % ) cases.
