Servo-system performance testing device

The invention discloses a servo-system performance testing device which includes a test computer, a torque control interface board, a torque measurement interface board, a photoelectric-encoder interface board, a torque gauge, a torque controller, a torque sensor, a magnetic-powder brake, a photoelectric encoder and a servo motor. The servo-system performance testing device is capable of applying adjustable simulating machine-tool inertia and cutting torque load to a test stand so that static and dynamic characteristics of the servo system under light-load and heavy-load conditions are measured and thus quantitative evaluation on the static and dynamic performance can be performed on the servo system and the testing device is low in cost and convenient to promote.
