The invention provides an optical splitter and a system. The optical splitter and the system comprise an optical branching device, a band fiber and a branch optical fiber. The optical branching device is used for dividing input optical signals into at least two branches of optical signals for outputting. One end of the band fiber is connected with the optical branching device, and the other end of the band fiber is connected with the branch optical fiber. The band fiber is provided with a grating array, the grating array comprises at least two Bragg gratings, different Bragg gratings correspond to different branch lines of the optical branching device, and the number of the Bragg gratings included in the grating array is equal to that of the paths of optical signals outputted by the optical branching device. Thus, the problem of increase of additional connection loss because an existing optical splitter needs to be connected with optical fibers of each chain path through optical connectors is solved, and therefore connection loss of optical devices is reduced.
