Изучение нефропротекторного действия травы рапса обыкновенного
2011
The article relates to the study of the nephroprotective action of rape herb dry extract in experimental mercuric chloride-induced nephropathy models (single intraperitoneal introduction of 2 mg/kg of mercuric chloride), as compared to the effect of officinal nephroprotector lespephlane. The therapeutic efficacy was estimated based on kidneys function indices normalization: the level of blood urea, creatinine and glucose, TBA-active products in the blood and kidneys, diene conjugates, nucleic acids, protein content in kidney homogenate. Diuresis rate, glucosuria and proteinuria intensity were assessed. Rape plant extract was found to decrease hyperazotemia intensity in acute toxic nephropathy, to reduce lipid peroxidation rate, to normalize protein metabolism level in kidneys, to have a positive effect on diuresis and urine composition. According to the cumulative findings used for protective action intensity estimation, rape plant extract effectiveness was higher than that of lespephlane.
