Effects of temperature on the acaricidal acticity of 10% fenpropathrin-abamectin.

2007
The acaricidal acticity of 10% fenpropathrinabamectin combination to Tetranychus cinnabarinus under different temperatures was studied in the laboratory, made certain the change relations of toxicity and effect of pesticide under different temperatures. The result showed that the toxicity of the 10% fenpropathrin-abamectin combination to Tetranychus cinnabarinus was increased as the temperature enhanced in 5 gradients of range 22-30 ℃.The toxicity change was evidencer as the temperature changed from 22 ℃ to 26 ℃,change was relatively gently from 26 ℃ to 30 ℃.Under the different temperatures, three kinds of compounds all showed good synergism. The fenpropathrin and the abamectin mixed according to the effective component 96∶4 proportion displayed evidentest synergism in 5 gradients of temperature, the synergism of mix according to the effective component 97∶3 proportion was evidenter, the synergism of mix according to the effective component 98∶2 proportion was unobvious. The experiment indicated that the temperature to the 10 % fenpropathrin-abamectin combination toxicity and synergism had obvious influence.
