PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION(STAD) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR

This study aims to determine the positive effect of the application of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model on the learning outcomes of Basic Electricity and Electronics majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering at SMK N3 Pariaman in the 2019/2020 school year. This type of research is an experimental method with a Quasi Experimental Design design, the sample was taken using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive random sampling / lottery, obtained X TPTU A as a control class using cooperative learning models and X TPTU B as an Experiment class that uses the STAD learning model , From the results of research conducted on the experimental class obtained an average value of 82.64 and 75.03 in the control class that is normally distributed and homogeneous after being tested. The results of calculation of the hypothesis at a significant level α = 0.05 obtained tcount of 3.629 is greater than ttable that is 1.672. Then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, so it can be concluded that the STAD learning model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Basic Electricity and Electronics at SMK N3 Pariaman.
