Subject of the this present thesis is finding and analyzing the client profile in the hospitality facilities. The theoretical - methodological part will be characterized by concepts related to the hospitality industry and associated services , such as distribution of accommodation and classification , also the theory of personality and types of customers. In the second part of this thesis will be an overview of the principles of satisfied clients undergo treatment questionnaire survey and subsequent discovery client profile by respondents questioned. In this section is also a graphical representation of the questionnaire. In the last part, the forms part of the bachelor thesis are presented recommendations on this issue , determined on the basis of respondents questioned.
