Large-Scale Shaking Table Test Study on Pre-stressed Anchor Cable of Counter-tilt Layer Rock Slope

2014
A large-scale shaking table model test of anti-dip layered rock slope that contains six weak interlayers with the geometric scale of 1:30 was performed to study the dynamic response characteristic of lacing wires under Wenchuan earthquake wave, EL Centro seismic wave and artificial wave excitations. The results showed that dynamic response of pre-stressed anchor cable at different altitude is stronger on conditions that weak interlayers are saturated than it is in dry state, the maximum value of lacing wires is not increased with the development of PGA of input seismic wave forever, furthermore it peaked when the PGA reached up to 0.3g under wenchuan earthquake excitation, the pre-stressed loss of anchor cable will be raising along with the altitude enlarged and it had a trend of convergence as the increase of PGA.
